It is one of the best traits anyones can have.I have always believd that honesty is the best policy because it builds trust and respect between peoples.Honesty helps us in manys ways. When we are honest peoples trust us more.They feel safe to share their thoughts and felings with us. For example if a student is honest with a teacher about not completingd homework the teachers understands and guides them instead of punishing them unfairly. On the other hand if a student lies it may cause bigger problems and loss of trust.

In daily life honesty is very important. When we are honest with our family friends and teachers we create good relationships. Peoples like to be with honests people because they feel confidents and comfortable arounds them. Honest people are respectd in society because others know they can rely on them.Honesty also helps a persons to feel happy and free. When someone lies they always feel tensions and fear of being caught. This stress can affected health and peace of mind. But when a person is honest they feels calmed and confident.Their mind is clear and they can live withouts worry.Honesty gives a sense of pride that no one can takes away.
