The political environment surrounding Dhaka-17 constituency is becoming more active day by day in view of the upcoming national elections. Strong candidates from various political parties have entered the field in this important and discussed constituency of the capital. Dhaka-17 constituency is always at the center of discussion as it is made up of elite areas including Gulshan, Banani, Baridhara, Niketan, Mohakhali and areas where low-income people live. Dr. SM Khaliduzzaman is participating in the election as a Jamaat-backed candidate in this constituency. After the scrutiny of the Election Commission, his candidacy has also been declared valid.
As part of the election campaign, he conducted public relations activities in Karail slum of Dhaka-17 constituency today. When he went to the area, he spoke directly to the common people, inquired about them and wanted to know about the problems and possibilities of the area. He tried to blend in sincerely with the local residents, which caught the attention of many present.

Because listening to the problems of the people at the field level and promising to stand by them is an important part of electoral politics.
All in all, it can be said that Dr. Khaliduzzaman's public relations program in Karail slum has created discussion in the area and made the electoral environment more active. As the elections approach, the campaign in Dhaka-17 constituency will increase further, this is what conscious circles believe.
