Recall old days when there is no concept of Gas
Assalamualaikum Dear Steemians!!
I hope everyone will be great here. By the grace of Almighty Allah, I am also good along with my adorable kids. Today was the last day spent at mother's home. It was really a memorable time and what a loving family gathering we enjoyed. But days never be same . But we should be thankful to Allah for His blessings.
From the very earlier today's morning, We faced electricity turned off and also not available gas for a long time. Temperature was also more than 40° it was really intense heat. I helped my mother to complete home chores. In the morning we did breakfast but when we put the tea pot on flame for making tea then suddenly gas was gone.

We had no electricity and also no availability of gas. We waited for a while to come back but there was no any hope and sign to make tea on right way. Without drinking cup of tea, we feel tiredness and fatigue. We feel headache pain too. So that tea is very important especially in the morning to start day with freshness.
My mother got a very simple and fantastic old idea to make tea by using some things available at home. She burned the flame by using some old and dry woods. Then put the tea pot on the broken vase. That will work like a stove. Within 2-5 minutes. We successfully completed our mission. My kids also enjoyed this trick and joined to compote this task.

Finally, Our hot cup of tea is ready my using old and traditional way. It was same delicious taste and very hot cup. We surprised and appreciated my mother's little effort by wonderful idea.

Hello ma'am, indeed old is gold. Your mother is indeed a wise person and her critical thinking skills is exceptional. Your post makes me recall those days when my family used fire wood to prepare meals, by then I was little and it was always delicious. Thank you for sharing.
