Excludes placement in the river
The river I took a picture of today is the Tilai River flowing through Parbatipur Upazila of Dinajpur district. This part of the Tilai River passes through Rasulpur village. Since I have a mobile phone, the shutter speed here is much lower than the camera. I gave it the shutter speed that would give a good picture with my camera.
I tried to capture the picture here with the floating glow on the surface of the water. If you look carefully, you will see that blue water is flowing from a fishing trap where there is a light water dew. I also tried to capture this tick on my camera by following these ticks.

So that the picture is not blurry, I sat at a specific place and then did it. I did not have any tripod to take pictures. However, if I were to take pictures with a camera, I would definitely take a good tripod. Every technique used here really brings peace, tranquility and artistic expression to the picture.

This is a small river. There is very little water in this river in winter. In most places, this water is kept aside and kept for irrigation of the land. Since there is no dew or current in the water, I did not increase the shutter speed here. However, I have taken pictures in such a way as per your tips where the color of the water is understood to be blue. The water is clear, so it is understood. If you increase the shutter speed, even small dews can be captured in the camera. Since my river is small, I have taken pictures in normal technique. However, I will follow sir's tips in the sea.

I selected a specific point while taking pictures here. I selected the point where the water is flowing from the fishing trap as a specific point. It feels good when the sunlight falls in this place, so I pointed this place and took pictures from all sides. It is filled with eucalyptus trees on both sides. The shadow of these trees falls on the river water, so the light gets into the water. I tried to present my pictures correctly by keeping the focus right here. Here, I captured the clarity of the picture by following the context.

Yes sir, I followed that. I used a small road as a leading line to guide the viewer's eye from the foreground to the background, following the natural flow of the river. The water is flowing from north to south. I have highlighted this flow of water. A gentle stream of water flows northwards through the meandering part of the river. One sits on a bench by the river to watch that scene. The sound of the water flowing, the call of the bird's , everything was very good.
