🍁 Dear Steemians 🍁

How are you all? I hope that by the grace of Almighty Allah, you are all well. Alhamdulillah, I am also very well, today I have come to participate in the ongoing “SLC-S29/W2 | How to Photograph Lakes / Swamps / Calm Ponds Steemit Learning Challenge organized by @walictd. Today, through this post, I am going to share with you some pictures taken from the lake of "Ramna Park", which is in the very center of Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh and one of the oldest parks. So let's get started,,,

Introduction to the lake of Ramna Park:-

At the beginning of the post, I would like to introduce the lake. To introduce the lake, we first have to introduce Ramna Park, Ramna Park is currently located between the Shahbagh and Motijheel areas of Dhaka, which was an empty space with a lake and a water body during the Mughal period, later during the British period it was converted into a park and in 1952 the lake located in the park was re-excavated and its beauty was enhanced. Currently, the lake inside the park is spread over an area of about 3.54 hectares.

In the first picture, I stood on one side of the lake and took a picture of the water covered by the trees on the other side. You can see the reflection of mango, jam, jackfruit and other trees on the other side of the lake in the calm morning water. Apart from the natural trees, the beautiful wooden bridge that has been built to cross the lake on the other side is also reflected in the calm water of the lake.

People were standing on the bridge that had been built to walk over the lake, taking pictures and chatting about various things. The reflection of the people and the wooden bridge was also reflected in the water, but since it was winter, there was not much water there, but even though the water was low, the reflection was quite visible.

The park was full of trees, so it would not be wrong to call it a sanctuary because of the abundance of trees. However, compared to other parts of the park, more trees were planted around the lake to prevent the soil on the lake's banks from collapsing, as a result, the trees played a very good role in enhancing the beauty of the lake and also protecting the lake's banks. And the beautiful reflection of those trees around the banks looked quite beautiful in the water.

While taking a picture of the beautiful reflection in the water of the lake in the park, I took a selfie of myself as per the rules of the competition, here too the shadows of the trees on the water in the background looked quite beautiful.

I want to invite @waterjoe @limon88 @saniya9 to join this competition.
