Housing complex at Panggoi Hill

Hello Steem Lens Community! My name is Muhammad Iqbal, I am an english teacher who has a strong passion in photography. I enjoy capturing simple moments from my daily surroundings, school activities, reviewing a place and natural landscapes as well. Today I am here to participate in the engagement competition organized by @walictd & @cymolan. Their topic is very nice where today I will try to learn how to take pictures of mountains/hills/peaks. Many thanks to both of them for organizing such a wonderful engagement.
In this challenge, I am excited to participate by sharing landscape photos of the hills located in my housing complex. Through this challenge, I hope to learn, improve my photography skills, and connect with other members who share the same love for visual storytelling and nature.

Second floor Mushalla Al-Muchlisin

After performing Ashr prayer at Al-Muchlisin Mushalla, Bukit Panggoi Indah, I spent a quiet moment relaxing on the second-floor terrace of the mushalla. The atmosphere was very peaceful. The air felt fresh, cool, and clean, making the evening feel even more special.

Panggoi Residential area

From the terrace, I enjoyed a beautiful landscape view of the residential area below. Rows of houses with colorful roofs blended nicely with green trees and plants. The sky was filled with soft clouds, creating a calm and soothing evening scene. There was no noise, only silence and a gentle evening breeze.

The environmental condition at the time I took the photo was slightly cloudy, but the sky looked beautiful with soft sunlight coming through the clouds. This kind of weather makes the landscape more dramatic and natural. The combination of green trees, houses, and the sky creates a balanced and relaxing view. Sometimes, we can enjoy the beauty of sunset from this spot beautifully.

Personally, I enjoy spending time in this area because it feels safe and comfortable. Every evening, I often stay for a moment to enjoy the view and take photos. It reminds me that beauty does not always come from tourist destinations or famous places. Sometimes, simple places like our own neighborhood can offer a meaningful and calming experience.

After taking several photos from the mushalla terrace, I decided to walk up the hill nearby. From the top of the hill, I tried to capture the landscape from a different angle. The view felt more open, and I could see Mushalla Al-Muchlisin, the houses, trees, and small roads more clearly.

On the hill

I took my time to explore a few spots and looked for the best angles. The morning light was soft, and the air was fresh and calm. Standing on the hill gave me a peaceful feeling and helped me enjoy the beauty of my housing area in a simple way. All the photos were taken using my Vivo V40, and this moment became a quiet and meaningful photography experience for me.

Magrib time

As Maghrib time was approaching, I tried to take photos once again. I was hoping to enjoy a beautiful sunset from the hill. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy that afternoon, so the sunset did not appear as I expected.
