It was my first time singing an English song. Alas, how difficult! Many times the pronunciation was wrong, I couldn’t remember the lines. I could never keep my voice straight. Still, I didn’t give up. I listened to the song again and again, practiced. I tried to say the words correctly. Little by little, my confidence grew.
Singing in a different language is an amazing feeling. During this time, I learned patience. I enjoyed learning something new. And I discovered something new in myself. It seems that the language of music is only one — the language of feelings. Even though I sang English songs, my thoughts were expressed properly.
What can you say about the Bilingual stage? What effect does this stage have on you?
This “Bilingual Stage” has opened a new door for me. Now I understand that different languages mean different cultures. An opportunity to make new friends. True, the competition is tough. But I know that anyone can move forward with their own efforts and love. Whatever the result, this experience is my biggest reward.
