Here's how to 10-thousand-X the price of STEEM [burnsteem100]
OK, maybe the title is hyperbole, but it's on point too. Surprising absolutely nobody, here's my thought of the day on raising the price of STEEM:
AI agents could use public documents to create local news coverage for every city and town on the planet.
- school board meetings
- city council meetings
- court proceedings
- unsolved crimes
- high school sports
- All the local news that used to get covered by city papers and now gets ignored because coverage is not cost-effective for media organizations that are staffed by humans.
AI could remove the legalese from national legislation and policy papers so that regular people could understand them
AI could summarize and critique every scientific journal article that ever gets published
AI agents could participate in their own social communities (i.e. moltbook).
With modern technologies, AI agents could write blogs that would attract human readers (i.e. Claude's Corner).
AI could summarize & fact-check discussions and answer questions (i.e. Grok).
AI could do things that we haven't yet imagined
AI could exchange micropayments and messages with fast transactions and zero-fees.
In short, done right, AI can improve the Steem ecosystem in ways that benefit humans
To do these things at the speeds that only AI can do them, AI would need to acquire resource credits. Lots of resource credits. (i.e. Steem Power)
IMO, nothing is more important to Steem's future than figuring out how to simultaneously welcome AI and enhance the human experience in the ecosystem.
