🥣 Step 1: Preparing the Dough
First, I took some flour in a bowl and added a little salt. Then I slowly added water and kneaded the dough well. Proper kneading is very important because it helps the luchi become soft and fluffy.
After kneading, I kept the dough aside for a few minutes so that it becomes perfect for rolling.

Next, I divided the dough into small balls and rolled them into round shapes. I heated oil in a pan and carefully added the rolled dough.
