apw-machine juki company. Made in Japan. A wonderful machine for the garment sector. Born pockets are made with apw-machine. Which is a garment cuticle process. The price of the apw-machine is 15 lakh taka. Due to the creation of the apw-machine, about eight people's jobs have been saved. Previously, two two-needle machines were used to make the Born pocket, and two operators, two helpers, and four iron men were required. Now with the apw-machine, one operator can work efficiently and easily. Nowadays, all garments have apw-machines. We have two apw-machines in our office. I will try to show you very easily how the apw-machine works, InshaAllah. An operator first measures the Born pocket. After that, the Born is matched to the fabric. After this, the operator attaches one garment to each Born using the apw-machine. After this, the apw-machine's work is finished. I have tried to show it with a video.
