Although it is located in the city of Lhokseumawe, because of its excellent service, anyone would seek out this place. That's how I felt today, wanting to repair three printers at once. There are office printers and my own personal printers. Each had different issues, so I decided to take them to a printer repair shop called “Arda Printer Lhokseumawe.” I brought them here after one of the office printers was repaired here and is still working fine to this day.

This place services various printer brands for repairs. They specialize in brands that are well-known for printing documents, such as Canon, Epson, HP, and others. They are ready to serve those of us who want to have our printers repaired using their services. In fact, the service they provide is excellent. For example, they are ready to help unload printers from our vehicles, as seen here with one of the men bringing a printer to their shop. Additionally, regarding printer damage consultations, they are ready to share their knowledge about our printers.

There were many printers at their place with various problems. Some were being repaired, while others had to wait for parts to be ordered due to severe damage. The point is that parts had to be ordered, because in general, the damaged printers were not as bad as those printers. Since I brought three printers, I asked for one to be repaired first. Coincidentally, my nephew is very familiar with the owner of the place. The printer I asked to be repaired is an office printer. Although we had to wait for the printer to be repaired, which took up to two hours.

My purpose for being here is to deliver a printer that has been experiencing problems during use. The problem with the office printer is that when printing paper, it responds very slowly, so sometimes the paper has to be removed and reinserted, sometimes several times. The printer is only just starting to print documents, while the other two have not been used for a long time, so of course they need to be dealt with immediately so that I can use them.

It can be said that the ink sold here is original ink that has been tested for quality. So, we don't need to hesitate to buy ink here. And of course, they provide consultation on the printer ink we use according to the printer brand.

For the cost of repairing the printer I brought in, the repair of one printer cost Rp200,000.00, or the equivalent of 129.17 steem, calculated at Rp 1,548.55 per steem. The service provided was excellent, and we were informed in great detail about what needed to be repaired and the service costs. We were certainly satisfied with the service provided by the repair technician working at this store.
