Task 1 (1.75/2.5)You have shared a good knowledge about the case study, sharing the diagnosis and causes of the disease. But you forget the main thing, the final diagnosis of your patient, and you need to write the case correctly, like a man with age xx presented with symptoms.
Task 2 (0.5/1.5)You shared the right symptoms of the patient, but didn't share the diagnosis or disease name. You also performed investigations, such as a DAT scan, to make the diagnosis. But you mixed both questions, but didn't write the answer to the task separately.
Task 3 (4/6)You have chose the good exercises to treat your patient and improve muscle function but you with side planks, curl up and bird dog you can't improve the arms muscles strength you need to treat them separately, and in these exercises you are more focusing on strengthening of core and back muscles. I appreciate your efforts. Best of luck.
