Queridos amigos, les doy la bienvenida a nuestras pautas de curación para el equipo detrás de la cuenta de @steemcurator03, déjame hablarte primero un poco de nuestro equipo y luego las pautas que vamos a seguir.

Selección de equipo:

Primero despertamos con la grata noticia de ser escogidos como los representantes de una de las cuentas mas grandes de Steemit, esto realmente que es un privilegio para nosotros ya que un ''gran poder, conlleva una gran responsabilidad'' dicho de Spider-man

Así que nos sentimos en la responsabilidad de cumplir al pie de la letra nuestras pautas para no solo hacer que Steemit siga siendo un ecosistema saludable, si no para que los votos sean distribuidos de forma homogénea a los usuarios de mas alto grado en cuanto a calidad se refiere.

La mas alta calidad en publicaciones:

Nuestra prioridad será buscar publicaciones que sean de la mas alta calidad, dando un valor extra en las publicaciones creadas desde las neuronas y la creatividad de cada usuario. Creemos que el valor de Steemit no se encuentra solo en la cantidad de recompensa, si no en la utilidad que ofrece cada publicación.

Esto no quiere decir que no nos inclinemos hacia publicaciones divertidas, solo deja saber que la creatividad, espontaneidad y originalidad del usuarios siempre prevalecerán para nosotros.

Enfoque en pais:

En cierto que uno de los mas grandes dilemas de un curador comunitario siempre será que se apoya a un pais mas que a otro. Uno de nuestros objetivos es no mirar el pais al cual se apoya, intentaremos buscar un equilibrio donde a cada pais se le preste apoyo desde la cuenta de Steemcurator03.

Somos de Venezuela, Indonesia y Pakistán, pero en nuestros infórmenos verán apoyo hacia los diferentes paises, no solamente de los cuales somos nativos. Sin olvidar que también depende la cantidad de usuarios activos para cada paises, puede que en Asia hayan mas usuarios activos que en Sudamérica, eso también será un gran obstáculo para nosotros pero haremos todo lo posible por expandir nuestro radar y buscar joyas escondidas.

Recomendaciones generales:

Como siempre aquí les tenemos una serie de recomendaciones a seguir para obtener un voto este mes de la cuenta de Steemcurator03 a nuestro encargo.

Que las publicaciones tengan mas de 350 palabras.
Que sean escrituras completamente originales y sin plagio.
Que no sean creadas con inteligencia artificial, tampoco las imágenes.
Que sean imágenes completamente de su propiedad.
Podrán ser escogidas algunas excepciones siempre y cuando sean citadas las fuentes de las imágenes (pero no serán seleccionadas como una publicación para voto de @SC01 o @SC02).
No puedes estar apagando tu cuenta.
No puedes hacer autovotos.
Tampoco puedes usar sistemas de compra de votos.

Ganar en Steemit es mas fácil de lo que imaginas, solo tienes que usar tu cerebro y dejar fluir tu imaginación, mientras mas creativo seas mas curadores de seguro te encontraran.

Etiquetas recomendadas:

Por lo general hay ciertas etiquetas que son mas visibles para los curadores, sin embargo nosotros no podemos apegarnos a ninguna de ellas. La que mas usaremos será #steemexclusive y alguna etiqueta #country que dependerá del pais en especifico para llenar la tabla de estadísticas.

Antiguamente eran usados los #club5050, #club75, y #club100. Aunque son muy buenas, no son tan relevantes para posicionar tu contenido, además de que no son obligatorios para obtener un voto de @steemcurator.

Para el uso de las etiquetaste podemos recomendar que, si haces una receta uses etiquetas que tengan que ven con la receta, como #food en ingles (si, preferiblemente en ingles). O si haces algo como un escrito creativo o una manualidad puedes usar #creative. Pero recuerda, solo estoy dando algunos ejemplos, procura incluir #steemexclusive dentro de las primeras 5 etiquetas.

Calendario de curación:

Las tres personas que formamos parte del equipo estaremos liderando un día en especifico, puedes verlo en la imagen anterior. Al principio de cada día como normal el curador se lleva un voto por la jornada, mientras que continua la curación hasta bajar el poder.

El poder solo se bajara hasta la linea tope de la curación siguiente, es decir, solo será bajado el poder hasta el principio de la hora 00:00 UTC de la siguiente guardia para que el curador pueda esta prevenido.

Votos para ofrecer irán desde el 30% hasta el 50% para las publicaciones, en los comentarios del 3% al 10%, el incremento dependerá de la calidad del comentario o de la publicación correspondiente.

Por favor absténgase de escribir a los curadores para solicitar apoyo, recuerde que solo somos servidores para la plataforma, y parte de nuestro código de ética esta en no tener preferencia ni hacer distinciones.

First we woke up with the good news of being chosen as representatives of one of the largest accounts on Steemit, this is truly a privilege for us since with great power comes great responsibility.

So we feel it's our responsibility to strictly adhere to our guidelines to not only keep Steemit a healthy ecosystem, but also to ensure votes are distributed evenly to the highest-ranking users in terms of quality.

The highest quality in publications:

Our priority will be to seek out posts of the highest quality, giving extra value to posts created from the brains and creativity of each user. We believe that the value of Steemit lies not only in the amount of rewards, but also in the usefulness each post offers.

This doesn't mean we don't lean toward fun posts, it just means that user creativity, spontaneity, and originality will always prevail for us.

Country Focus:

Of course, one of the biggest dilemmas for a community curator will always be whether they support one country more than another. One of our goals is to not focus on the country they support; we'll try to find a balance where each country is supported through the Steemcurator03 account.

We're from Venezuela, Indonesia, and Pakistan, but in our reports, you'll see support for different countries, not just the ones we're originally from. Keeping in mind that it also depends on the number of active users in each country. There may be more active users in Asia than in South America. This will also be a major obstacle for us, but we'll do our best to expand our radar and look for hidden gems.

General recommendations:

As always, here are a series of recommendations to follow to get a vote this month from the Steemcurator03 account we commissioned.

Posts must be at least 350 words long.
They must be completely original and free of plagiarism.
They must not be created with artificial intelligence, nor must the images.
They must be completely your own images.
Some exceptions may be chosen as long as the image sources are cited (but they will not be selected as a post for a vote from @SC01 or @SC02).
You cannot deactivate your account.
You cannot auto-vote.
You also cannot use vote-buying systems.

Earning money on Steemit is easier than you imagine; you just have to use your brain and let your imagination flow. The more creative you are, the more curators will surely find you.

Recommended tags:

There are generally certain tags that are more visible to curators, but we can't stick to any of them. The ones we'll use most are #steemexclusive and a #country tag, depending on the specific country, to fill out the statistics table.

Previously, #club5050, #club75, and #club100 were used. While these are great, they aren't as relevant for ranking your content, and they aren't required to get a vote from @steemcurator.

For hashtags, we recommend that if you're making a recipe, you use hashtags that are relevant to the recipe, such as #food (yes, preferably in English). Or if you're doing something like creative writing or a craft, you can use #creative. But remember, I'm just giving some examples; be sure to include #steemexclusive in the first five hashtags.

Healing calendar:

The three of us who make up the team will be leading a specific day, as you can see in the image above. At the beginning of each day, as usual, the curator receives one vote for the day, while the healing continues until the power is lowered.

The power will only be lowered to the maximum limit of the next healing, meaning the power will only be lowered until the beginning of the next watch at 00:00 UTC, so that the curator can be prepared.

Votes to offer will range from 30% to 50% for posts, and from 3% to 10% for comments. The increase will depend on the quality of the comment or the corresponding post.

Please refrain from writing to the curators to request support. Remember that we are only servers for the platform, and part of our code of ethics is to have no preferences or distinctions.
