The "Team Facilitators for newbies" in December will support posts from newcomers who joined within the last three months on Steemit and provide them with necessary guidance. We will support your quality posts and will give guidelines.

We also encourage you to join the activities of the communities, participate in contests, and participate in the Steemit Challenge. We invite you to visit Steemitblog. According to the instructions of Steemitblog, this is the Newcomer team's mission, and they should keep an eye on this.

The Newcomers team will be voting on posts from newcomers during their first three months on the platform. The team members should also give helpful advice and guidance to the newcomers through comments or other means. So that they can do their work on this platform fairly and neatly.

This is a list of guidelines we will consider when curating your publications. All members of our team will review their posts fairly.

Curation Guidelines

We will dedicate ourselves to supporting newcomers who have 0 to 3 months on the platform, and I will always try.

Team members are free to select their content, but to make sure our curation is effective, we will consider content that adds value to the Steemit platform. We will try to thoroughly examine all aspects of the newcomers' content and organize a short commentary on all aspects.

Newcomers can use the #newcomer tag, but even if they don't, our team will find their eligible posts. Still, we suggest that newcomers use this tag so we don't miss your posts. Our goal is to reach as many quality newcomers as possible and provide them with the necessary guidance and support. It is our responsibility to point out their mistakes and to move them forward through correction and to shape their path in a fair and beautiful way for the next stages.

Criteria

We will consider any topic and any community, or outside of a community, any post that meets the standards, and we will try to find the highest quality posts.

◉The publication has only been published on Steemit: #Steemexclusive.

◉Plagiarism Free.

◉AI Free

◉Copyright-free images.

◉The user must not have an active "Power Down."

◉Bot-Free (no delegation to offer a bot).

◉We will check that the posts have not been generated with AI tools or other similar sites.

In addition, we will vote on meaningful comments from newcomers.

We suggest newcomers with a time of 0-3 months on Steemit use the hashtag #newcomer, as well as the hashtag of their #country of origin.

Post-voting percentages

The percentage of votes will vary according to the quality of the publication. Based on the quality of their posts, each team member will be free to provide votes to the posts, from 30% to 40%.

Based on the quality of their comments, each of us team members will be free to provide votes to the comments, from 10% to 15%.

Users who use the #burnsteem25 tag and set the beneficiary to @null may receive a slightly higher curation vote, as we want to inform them about the importance of burning STEEM. And they need to be informed about the benefits of using it.

Curator Massage

During the curatorship, after each upvote, the curator will leave a Quality message indicating the post:

During the week, we will present one report of our activity, and we will announce the top nomination posts during this period.

Our team is ready and eager to work together to support good content, and we will continue to provide newcomers with the guidance they need. We will try to fulfill our duty correctly, and our team will be well aware of this. and hope that you will also contribute with quality content.

We suggest that newcomers join at least #club5050. This will help you grow on the platform. To do this, you must power up your liquid STEEM for at least one month. Of course, we suggest that you power up all your STEEM to join a higher club. So that you will have much more convenience in working on this platform later, and there will be no doubt about maintaining your qualifications.

We hope these guidelines will help you post as a newcomer, and we look forward to guiding and supporting you. Our team members are always ready to help you.

Best regards,

"Team Facilitators for newbies"
