The Diary Game|| June 14, 2026|| "First Time Baking Cupcake and Visiting My Grandma

A great and enjoyable day today because this is the first time to bake Ube Cupcakes. This is not for business but only for family snacks. Today, My Mother was told me to bake a home made cupcake just for the family. I was very delighted to bake but I did not have any ideas on how to bake very perfectly that is why I only watched them baking and taking photos. Because I don't have any ideas on how to bake, I only do preparing the baking papers for the molding materials and also cleaning it. Those small cups are also well cleaned before using it while my mother was also preparing the Ingredients just like grinding Ube as one of the Main Ingredients. Today, our plan is to bake 50 Ube cupcakes so we can eat lots of it.

After a few hours of preparing the texture, we decided to placed at the moldings and started to put inside of the small oven. We are so very excited to cook cup cakes and after almost an hour, the cup cake has finally well cooked. I decided to get one and taste if it is already cooked or needs to cook and the flavors and sweetness. As I tasted it the flavors are very perfect and perfectly cooked. So we continued to filled up those small moldings before putting it at the oven. Gladly we baked almost hundreds of cup cakes and it will be very perfect for snacks combined with hot coffee.

After a few hours of cooking activities, I also decided to visit my Grandma again at the other side of the place. One of the reason why I visited her is to check the manggo fruits if it is ready to harvest. My Grandma's house is quitely far from our house and it needs to walk here in this bumpy, rocky and muddy road before reaching my Grandma's place. The road was slightly difficult to walk by because of the water and small amount of Mud. But despite of that, I really kept myself enjoyed walking here because of the wonderful and relaxing views. The other side near at the road is filled with lots of Manggo trees and few Banana plants and coconuts.

As Arrived at the place, I saw my Grandma enjoyed watching her Favorite charity blog show on the television. She always watching this and aside of that, she was also surprised to see me again visiting her. After a fun and enjoyable conversation, I asked my grandma about the manggoes at her backyard and gladly she told me and lead me to the place where manggo trees can be seen and found. I am very delighted to have lots of manggoes again. I also brought few pieces of home made cupcakes to my Grandma.

I really amazed to see this hundreds of manggoes that has already harvested by my Cousin. Few of it are already ripe and good to eat that is why I only chooses those fruits that is already ripe one. My Grandma was planning to sell at the super market. It can help her to have earnings for my Grandma's needs. I spent almost two hours at my Grandma's house and I was very thankful for her for giving ripe manggoes. After that, I decided to went back home so I can continues doing my house chores.
