The Diary Game|| March 1, 2026||"My First Time Traveling At The Airport Waiting For My Aunt"

It was my enjoyable and exciting day when me and my Family was went at the Airport to see my Aunt who came from Manila, Philippines. I was very delighted to see the airport since this was my very first time to be at the place. Our expected time to be at the place will be 5 o'clock in the morning and we must wake up early in the morning. We already rent a vehicle but the main reason why I want to go at the airport is to see how beautiful the place is and to see an airplane in actual. It was 3 o'clock in the morning yesterday when We started to wake up, preparing the things we want to brought just like my bag, cellphone, jacket because it will be expected cold travel. After a few minutes of preparing the things we want to brought, our rented vehicle and the driver also arrived at our house and finally we started to travel all the way from Manticao to Laguindingan, the place where the aiport located. My Daughter was not with us because it was very cold to travel and better to stay with her Grandpa and her dad.

Traveling from Manticao to Laguindingan really takes few hours because it is totally far from our residential area. I felt enjoyed watching those beautiful views from the place we passes by just like this forestry areas in Initao, Misamis Oriental. Both side of the place have lots of trees and wild plants grows in fact this is already developed into a forestry area of the Province. We called this area Lasang derived from the word means Forest. The road was still very quite and only few vehicles running at the concrete road. Even if I wore jacket, still I was feel very cold but it the excitement is what it in myself. As checked the time, it was almost 5 in the morning and after a few hours of traveling we finally reach our destinations.

Entering at the airport is not quite very easy, it needs to pass and stopped by two guard house for inspections and after that, they assisted us to went at the waiting areas not far from the airport. I was very amazed to see how wide and beautiful the airport is, lots of cars and building built at the place and a sound of wind brought by the airplanes landed at the airport. Lots of passengers waiting and every airport personels was very busy. This time as my first experience travel at the airport, I decided to take pictures as a souveniers of the place.

I was enjoyed watching those airplanes running at the Airport Runway, different kinds of airplanes and it colors parked at the runway ready to take off when it filled with passengers. We wait for almost an hour there and finally the plain where my Aunt ride was finally reached the airport. Traveling from Manila going to Mindanao only takes 45 Minutes or an hour and I was very excited to see her. As she finally went out at the airport, we hugged her and doing funny conversations even if we are at the travel.

Aside of food and clothes she gave to us, My Aunt also gave me this cute artificial plants. She brought it in Bagiou City as a souveneir to us here, the thing is very uniuqe because of its designs just like a real plants. She gave 5 pieces of this artificial plants to me and it will be perfect for indoor decorations.

My Father served this delicious Shrimps caught at the river. My Aunt was very happy to eat shrimp again since she did not eat shrimps for a long time and its been 50 Years. I totally imagine how long and many years really she missed her place here. We ate and having lots of time doing conversations talking about her life at Manila . I am really excited to heard her story the time when she lived many years at Manila.

After that, we decided to went at Barangay Calangahan the place where my Aunt vacant lot located. She wants to visit her lot and near at the lot are lots of houses built near at the sea. My Aunt planned to built rest house because it is perfect here of wonderful views and seascapes. It was the most enjoyable day I really had. Until next post, have a nice day to everyone.
