The Diary Game|| March 20, 2026|| "Farm Cleaning With Relatives"

Today is the most busiest day here at the farm and my relatives are also there willing to clean the areas. This place here was once grown with wild plants and our planned is to plant lots of agricultural crops and valuable plants like coconuts and bananas. My Father's Brother and Sister was also their together with my Grandma visiting the place. It was 8 in the morning when my Relatives was finally arrived at the farm bringing the tools use for cleaning the farm. Aside from the tools, they also brought big bottle of water, Snacks and foods for lunch. My Father was also preparing the tools He want to brought to farm and wearing thick jacket, boots and hats are very important because of the expected intense heat and thick wild grass. My Grandma was very excited to visit the place again because it was been very long time since she did not visited here and she was very amazed because the place was totally changed.

From our place here in Barangay Punta Silum, it needs to travel almost an hour before reaching the place but we decided to stay here at resthouse.

My Father was already cleaned some parts of the place here and gladly He already finished this wide plain areas and those thick wild grass cutted was put and gathered in one place and burned. It takes almost a week of cleaning this areas because cutting those wild grass is very hard to cut. Aside of that, intense heat always happens here and it added the tiredness to work hard outside particularly at the farm. Those vines are carefully cutted and put in one place, those vines grows at the tree are also cutted and this place is located at the border point. Lots of Sour fruits trees and tall trees grows here and we decided for not to cut those trees so it can gives a shady areas.

They are very busy doing the job and they are having a lot of fun time even if they felt very tired. My Grandma also do gathering dry branches for firewoods uses. This is what she always do everytime when she visited here at the Farm. She brought lots of big empty sacks so that she can carry lots of dry branches of the tree. She also have a lot of fun time doing the job, my Aunt also supervising the activity and even she did not do clenaing the place she also contributes everyone just like bringing foods for lunch and snacks to all.

My Father also very busy, and He carefully cut those thick grass, He wear this thick rubber boots, jacket and a hat because it will be expected that there are lots of wild and dangerous animals. This is not the only part of the place that needs to be clean because at the slope areas, it is also needs to be clean and after that it will planted lots of crops and valuable plants like bananas and young coconuts. They estimated that it will reach hundreds of coconuts to plant and also young banana plants.

My Uncle who came from Barangay Calangahan also went here anf He travels a long way just to help cleaning the farm. This activities will be done without taking a long time and aside of that the work will become easier. Helping together makes the work done very fast and it shows the unity of the relatives. It was already 10 in the morning and we are still here at the farm. My Cousin also very busy preparing the food for lunch so we can eat on time.

While exploring the place taking pictures for documentations and aside of that I also take short video regarding of the cleaning activity. This Guyabano trees also bear lots of guyabano fruits and I am very excited to harvest this at the right time. This guyabano tree will grows better because we cleaned the place and wild grass are already removed. Soon as we completely finished cleaning this areas, we will continued to plant young bananas and hundreds of coconut plants. Until next post, have a nice day to all of us.
