A total of 584 Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) who passed the 2024 fiscal year selection process have been officially appointed, and their Decrees (SK) were handed over directly by the Regent of Bireuen, H. Mukhlis, ST, on Monday morning (September 29, 2025) at the Kapuspemkab (Regency Government Center) field.

The Head of the Bireuen Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM), Zaldi AP, S.Sos, stated that the number of PPPK who received their decrees was 250 teachers, 138 healthcare workers, and 196 technical workers, for a total of 584.

The Regent of Bireuen, H. Mukhlis, ST, in his remarks, stated that 584 PPPK officially received their appointment decrees today. "This success is the result of your hard work, dedication, prayers, and patience, especially for those who have previously served as honorary workers," he said.

"I emphasize: comply with the job placements determined according to your graduation formation. Applications for transfers, either between regions or between work units, are not permitted in the near future. Focus on contributing optimally in your new assignment," he emphasized.

Regent Mukhlis also requested all heads of SKPK (State Apparatus Organizations) to immediately facilitate the new PPPK (National Civil Service Recipients) so they can adapt and begin working optimally. "Create a healthy, supportive, and collaborative work climate. Invite them to participate in the real work process and develop their potential," he urged.
