5,548 Part-Time PPPK Receive Decision Letters.
A total of 5,548 Government Employees with Part-Time Employment Agreements (PPPK-PW) within the Bireuen Regency Government (Pemkab) received their Decision Letters (SK).
The symbolic handover of the decrees by the Regent of Bireuen, H. Mukhlis, ST, accompanied by Acting Regional Secretary Hanafiah and Acting Head of the Bireuen Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM), Fachrizal, took place on Thursday morning (February 12, 2026) at the Cot Gapu Green Open Space (RTH).
The Acting Head of the Bireuen Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM), Drs. Fachrizal, when asked about the number of decree recipients, explained that the total number of Part-Time PPPK recipients was 5,548.
There are three categories: 2,502 education personnel, 1,862 healthcare personnel, and 1,364 technical personnel. They work in the Regency Work Units (SKPK) within the Bireuen Regency Government, he explained.
The Regent of Bireuen Regency, H. Mukhlis, ST, in his remarks, stated that the Bireuen Regency Government understands that the current "Part-Time" status is an initial step or transitional phase.
"Our focus going forward is to fight for the welfare and upgrading of your status to Full-Time PPPK. We will continue to coordinate intensively with the Central Government and conduct regional fiscal studies so that your status and income can gradually improve for a better future for your families," he said.
Along with this change in status, the Regent is demanding a change in mindset and work ethic. As civil servants, we are obliged to implement the core values of BerAKHLAK (Service-Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative).
"I don't want to hear of any PPPK civil servants whose performance actually declines after receiving their decree. Be a solution-oriented figure, not part of the problem. Be a humble public servant with high competence," he emphasized.
He hopes that the presence of these 5,548 PPPK personnel will bring about a significant leap in the quality of our public services. "I want Bireuen to be known as a regency with the fastest, friendliest, and most transparent public services in Aceh," he hoped.
Similarly, regarding discipline, the Bireuen Regency Government will conduct regular and stringent performance monitoring and evaluation. I must emphasize that there is no difference in disciplinary standards between civil servants and PPPK. Your performance will be monitored monthly to assess your actual contribution to your respective work units.
The Regent instructed the Heads of Regional Apparatuses and heads of work units to foster and supervise the discipline of their subordinates responsibly, and to avoid any violations.
If there is negligence in supervision, the head of the work unit will be prosecuted according to applicable disciplinary provisions. "ASN who do not perform according to regulations will receive strict sanctions in accordance with applicable disciplinary laws," said Regent Mukhlis.
