Aceh Deputy Governor Visits Bireuen Integrated Elementary School 25.
The Deputy Governor of Aceh Province, Fadhlullah, paid a working visit to Bireuen Regency on Wednesday, November 18, 2025. One of the agenda items in Bireuen was to inspect the Elementary School in Beunyot Village, Juli District.
During the visit, Fadhlullah stated that teaching and learning activities and the daily lives of teachers and students at the Integrated Elementary School 25 in Bireuen Regency are running smoothly and well.
Aceh Deputy Governor Fadhlullah was accompanied by the Acting Head of the Aceh Social Service, Chaidir, the Head of the Bireuen Social Service, Ismunandar, and the Principal of the Integrated Elementary School 25 in Bireuen, Nidia.
At the location, the Deputy Governor stated that his visit today was to observe the progress of the Elementary School in Bireuen Regency. He noted that the school has two elementary school classes and one high school class.
"We also observed the teaching and learning process, asked about their daily lives, and provided food for the children. Thank God, everything is very good," he said.
The Deputy Governor added, "On behalf of the Aceh Government, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, for establishing People's Schools in Aceh Province. Hopefully, all regencies will also have people's schools.
As President Prabowo Subianto stated the other day, perhaps in the future, people's schools will not only be in regencies but also in every sub-district, and of course, the existence of these schools will benefit everyone."
The Deputy Governor of Aceh added regarding the Aceh Government's support for the continuation of these People's Schools. "We fully support them; we even provide land and other resources.
For regencies/cities in Aceh that have not yet received these people's schools, we continue to encourage them to prepare. Hopefully, they will be able to receive them next year," he concluded.
Currently, the Bireuen Regency People's School has three classes: two elementary school classes and one high school class, with a total of 75 students.
Each class has 25 students. All students live in dormitories provided within the school complex.
The People's School program targets children from poor families in deciles 1 and 2, as an effort to provide more equitable and quality access to education for all levels of society.
