My day started early as I geared up for another day of my industrial training placement. Lately, I've been focusing heavily on transformer maintenance and understanding the protection mechanisms that keep the grid stable. It’s fascinating to see how the theoretical concepts from my electrical engineering classes come to life in real-time operations.

After a productive hours-long shift analyzing technical logs and grid operations, it was time to head back home. By the time I arrived, the heat of the day was catching up to me, and I was looking forward to winding down. Being the youngest in the house means there is always a balance of relaxation and helping out.
