Have a Blessed Day Everyone!

The month of February is officially started and for this month, one of the event that I've been looking for to attend is the Foundation Day of our Town, Manticao.

The town will have a long week activity from day one up to the last day which is on Friday, the 7th of February in which this day is the exact date for the foundation day of our Town.

Today is the first day of the week long celebration of the Town Founding Anniversary, and the highlight which everyone is excited to watched is this year's Street Dancing Contest for the Town's very own Bibingka Festival.

I arrived in the covered court which the contest was held around 10:00 AM. I am already late for the contest started very early in the morning, but still I am happy to witnessed the remaining performance today.

I have watched only 5 contenders out of 13 Barangays who have participated. It is indeed good to watched every time their is s contest like this during our Town's Foundation Day.

When I watched the remaining performance, I do really enjoyed all of them most especially the musicality and dance performance they have shown to all of us. This proves that our Town has a lot of talents that we can showcase to the world.

Now, it is time to know the results of the contest which everyone is waiting for, most especially the dancers and all of the people behind each performance knowing that it is not for them in the preparation and practices to make the performance perfect.

All of them who helps this possible has been recognized most especially the Choreographers and Trainors by giving each one of them a Certificate of appreciation and other tokens of appreciation.

It was then followed by the announcement of winners which started by the giving of special awards. The winners were now then announced and the overall champion is from Barangay Pagawan which is also the defending Champion last year

After the announcement of winners, I have then went to the Parks and Plaza of our Town in which last night it was officially opened to the public where their is a event and s Fireworks Display after.

Here, I have first went to the Children Playground. This is very new to all of us that is why the Children were very excited to play in here.

I have seen few of my nephews and nieces here playing, and they didn't go to school just to play here. It is indeed a good project from our local government which everyone will benefit.
