Not My Temple

Finally he reached. After hiking for hours. The green trees are surrounding the place, and some sunlight is finding its way through the trees to shed light on this holy place. He stood there, looking at this great architecture. He stood for a second, and said, it's not my temple.

He kept staring at the building for a while. It looks like something that inherits a bit of Chinese culture. A lot of things were said about this place. So many people have told him that it would help with his spiritual journey. But, the more he looks at the place. The more questions he has about it. Those were unrelated thoughts. It is just that, somehow it feels like those questions had to be answered. He needed to know more about the place. Was it a foreigner who have built this place. Or, is it someone who had been travelling around. What if, it was just a belief? What if, this was someone's personal experience, and others have believed that it was the truth of this place? The more he stares, the more questions he had. One thing he was sure of, that there are more questions within his own mind, than there are answers.
