Writing || Preparation for the Accountability Meeting

Greetings, fellow steemeans

Dear friends, admins, and all moderators of this beloved community. May we always be under His protection!

Carrying out the community's trust as a committee for the construction and prosperity of our village mosque, I, along with several core administrators, including the general chairman, the chief executive, the treasurer, and myself as secretary, held a mini-meeting a few nights ago to prepare for a general meeting with all levels of the community, as part of the annual accountability meeting.

Before holding the accountability meeting with the entire community, which we plan for early December, we, as core administrators, first prepared an accountability agenda, outlining everything we have accomplished throughout the year.

We, as the committee for the construction of our village mosque, who have been trusted by the community to lead the construction and prosperity of the mosque for the next 5 years, always try to hold meetings, especially with the core management, all committees that are structured, and also provide statements in accordance with the reality on the ground to the community, as accountability for the performance that we have carried out.

Over the past year, under our committee, we have completed several projects for the construction of our village mosque, including seeking donations for waqf (endowment) funds, procuring and installing granite for the mosque floor, rehabilitating the Mosque Welfare Agency secretariat office, organizing the Prophet's birthday celebrations and conducting da'wah (Islamic outreach) as well as other projects.

Therefore, holding a mini-meeting to prepare for the annual general meeting was our first step to ensure a smooth and uncomplicated meeting and, most importantly, clarity regarding our implementation, ensuring the community's satisfaction and satisfaction with our work. Below are some documents from the mini-meetings we held several times before the general meeting.

In truth, mosque construction will never end. We remain open to donations from the Muslim community and solicit donations as much as possible, supporting the gradual construction process. Furthermore, as a committee, we strive to provide as much assistance as possible for the construction. We don't just wait for donations from people, but we always strive to seek them out to create development and prosperity, as we aspire to in our previously stated vision and mission.
