I always enjoy eating Jali Kabab. I have made Jali Kabab several times before. Because when there are guests at home, this Jali Kabab is made a little more. Because this Jali Kabab can be made in a simple way with the things at hand and presented in front of the guests. This Jali Kabab is not only delicious to eat, but also looks very good. Especially since it is made with beef and rice, the smell is even better. So I think that if several guests at home make this Jali Kabab, another item increases in the meal. So it can be made very easily. I myself try to make it at home a few times when guests come. Because I myself also like to eat Jali Kabab. Ingredients
• Beef | Half kg
• Egg | 1 piece
• Bread | 2 pieces
• Biscuit powder | 1 cup
• Onion, chopped | 2 pieces
• Green chili, chopped | 2 pieces

• Chili powder | 1 teaspoon

Details :
First, I minced the beef in a blender and blended it well. So that it becomes well blended.
Then I took two pieces of bread. Then I soaked the two pieces of bread well and placed them on top of the meat.
Then I added chopped onion, chopped green chilies and chopped coriander leaves.
Then I added salt to taste. Then I added turmeric powder, chili powder, and spices.
Then I added garlic paste and ginger paste to all the spices.
Then I mixed the meat well with my hands. Then I added the tasty spices and mixed it well again.
Then I formed the meat into small balls and shaped them with my hands into round, slightly roti-like shapes.
Then I made a few meatballs like this and rolled them in biscuit crumbs, turning them over and over, and coated them well with biscuit crumbs.
Then I removed it from the biscuit crumbs, dipped it in an egg, and placed it in the hot oil in the pan.
I dipped them one by one in the eggs and dropped them into the hot oil so that they could be fried well.
I fried them for a while until they were lightly browned on both sides, using a net. Then I took them out one by one.

There was chicken but this Jali Kabab has to be made with beef. So there was a little problem in bringing beef. Because it took a while to come from the market. Moreover, all the other ingredients were available in my kitchen at home. So I didn't have to face any such difficulty. I easily made this Jali Kabab recipe in my own way.
