Assalamu Alaikum How are you all. Today I am back with a new and delicious tomato ketchup recipe post. Tomato ketchup is very beneficial for our body. So today I tried to make tomato ketchup with ginger in a different way. It is very beneficial for our body. Just as eating ginger relieves our cough, eating tomato ketchup increases the vitamins in our body. Moreover, I tried to make this delicious tomato ketchup with green chilies and various ingredients. I was very happy to see this healthy homemade tomato ketchup. Making tomato ketchup at home is very beneficial for the body. I hope you will like the tomato ketchup recipe I have prepared.

Details :
First, I washed a few tomatoes and cut them into small, round pieces.
Then I put the tomatoes in a pan, added half a cup of water and two tablespoons of vinegar.
Then I boiled the tomatoes for a while.
Then I boiled the tomatoes well, drained some of the water, cooled them, and blended them well in a blender.
Then I finely chopped some green chilies and ginger into small pieces.
Then, in a pan, add a little oil, add the chopped green chilies and chopped ginger and fry until well browned.
Then I added the fried green chilies and grated ginger to the blended tomatoes and pureed them again.
Then I added salt, sugar to taste, and dried chilies to the tomatoes and stirred them well.
Then I put the tomatoes in a sieve and squeezed them out little by little. This is how I made tomato ketchup.
