The Diary Game: A Lovely And Amazing Sunday Going To Church And Visiting A Friend[21/9/2026]

Hello lovely steemians, hope you're doing great today? It's your girl @chimy and welcome to another episode of how I spent my day.

I couldn't post this diary yesterday because of power issues, but still didn't fail to post it today.

Sundays has always been that day for me, a day I get to always be in one of my favorite place which is my church.

I woke up really early today, did my morning devotion, did some house chores and then started preparing breakfast. I actually prepared rice and stew for breakfast.

This is one of the meal most Nigerians will always make every Sunday. Not like it's a rule, it's just common in many Nigerian homes.

When the food got done I went to have my bath and when I was done I had my bath dressed up and then dished out some portion of food to eat.

When I was done eating, I took my bag with the materials I'd be needing for service and then left the house.

I boarded a bike that helped me reach church early and at 8:00am I arrived. And joined in the service.

Many segments of the program were held. Ranging from praises, testimony, Thanksgiving and sermon. It was really an interesting one.

And honestly I felt really blessed and happy. I caught myself really happy and dancing during praises. The church is were I find joy for real.

After sometime the church service ended for the day. After dismissal I met and greated with some of my church members before going home.

When I got home I was really tired and hungry so I had to eat the remaining rice I made in the morning.

After eating I rested and slept off in the process. I slept for quite a really long time and honestly I enjoyed the afternoon sleep.

When I woke up I felt bored and decided to go see a friend of mine. I changed into my outfit and got out.

His house is not really far from mine so after some minutes walk I arrived at his place and I was lucky to meet him there.

We spent some time gisting and going on a walk together. It was really an amazing time with him, I enjoyed my stay with him.

Towards evening I said my byes to him and then went back home. When I got home I went for the kitchen and prepared beans for dinner which I ate.

After eating I had my bathe changed into my night wear decided to watch movies from my phone until I started feeling sleepy and then decided to write and share how my day went with you all.
