The topics every week are very amazing. This week's topic is Desserts From Eggs And Gelatin. I have made different types of desserts with eggs, but I like this dessert the most. A fun dessert made with eggs. Today I made a fun custard caramel pudding with eggs. I like eating pudding a lot. This pudding made with eggs is as delicious as it is nutritious. This pudding is very beneficial for our health. That's why I like eating this egg dessert a lot. I hope you will like my recipe for this dessert today.

1.Why eggs are added in desserts?? What kind of texture they give?

The reason for adding sweetener to desserts is that it improves the texture and flavor of the dessert. The protein in the egg white helps the dessert to set, making it very sweet and fluffy and structural. I did not face any difficulty while making the recipe. Because I have made this recipe many times before. When a recipe is made for the first time, there is some difficulty but when a recipe is made many times, there is no such difficulty in making it. Similarly, I did not face any difficulty in making the recipe. It seems very easy to make to me. Among the desserts, one of the easiest and most delicious desserts is egg pudding. Which seems to me to be as easy to make as it is delicious to eat.

In terms of sweets, pudding is a very delicious and nutritious dessert where milk, eggs, sugar or various other ingredients are used, which are very beneficial for our body. The main ingredient of pudding is milk. Milk produces calcium, magnesium and vitamins in our body, which are very beneficial for our body. Egg pudding helps to increase clotting and is very delicious to eat. Eggs contain high-quality protein, which increases the supply of amino acids in our body.
