Hello friends, how are you all? I hope you are all healthy and well. I am well, Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah. Today I have come to you with a very interesting potato curry recipe. I really like potatoes. Potatoes can be cooked and eaten in different ways. And we live in the village, most of the time people eat potato curry in the rural areas. Moreover, it is the month of Ramadan and in this month of Ramadan, different types of potato recipes are prepared every day. Potato chops, potato bhaji, potato stuffing, potatoes are also cooked together with different vegetables. I will also present you a delicious potato curry recipe with tomatoes in the same way today. Everyone in our family loves to eat potatoes. Potatoes contain protein, which fills up a lot of rice vitamins. It is not good to eat potatoes cooked in the same way all the time, so I have prepared a slightly different potato curry recipe today.

However, potatoes come in many types, we mostly eat small round potatoes for 12 months. These are small red potatoes that are always available in the market. To be honest, I don't know the name of this potato, but I have presented it to you through photography. In our area, they are called round potatoes or sunflower potatoes. Now I am trying to show you every step and detail of cooking. I hope you will understand each step very well.

First, I washed three potatoes thoroughly. Then I cut them into small, square-shaped pieces.

Then I put a pot on the stove and added a little oil. I will be cooking a vegetarian curry with potatoes and tomatoes, so I will need to add a little more oil.

When the oil is hot, I add a small amount of chopped green chilies. Lightly fry the chilies and add a little more chopped onion. Then fry them on low heat for a while.

Then I added salt to taste. Then I added a little turmeric powder to give the curry a nice color.

I lightly fried the spices and added the chopped potato pieces to it. Then I stirred it well.

Since this is a potato curry recipe, I added enough water to boil the potatoes and cook them until they are soft. Then cook for a while until the water dries up. I cooked it for about 10 minutes. But during this time, keep the stove on medium heat.

When the water dries up completely, stir the potatoes a little more and fry them well for about two minutes. Once the potatoes are fried, the potato curry recipe is ready.
