The place is known as the Upazila Land Office. People like to come and spend time here mainly to receive land services. Mayabon is also close to our house. It takes about 10 minutes to walk. If you come from Nandail bus stand, you can take a battery-powered rickshaw or an easy bike from the bus stand. It takes about five minutes to reach here from the bus stop. Mayabon Muktijoddha Complex is located just opposite. Since it is located next to the main road, anyone can easily come here.

The Mayaban area is a beautiful open space, which was once abandoned. The area was used for dumping garbage. Then the area was expanded by the government. Inside the Mayaban, pictures of rural scenes, rivers, and boats are painted all over the walls. Along with some information about the land rent. There are trees around and places to sit. A very peaceful and pleasant place to spend an afternoon.

Since the area is owned by the government, there is no entry fee. You can enter the area for free.

Since it is a government premises and open space, it is usually open from morning to evening. Usually, people come here more to spend time in the afternoon.

Since it is government property, there are rules not to throw garbage, keep the environment clean, and not to create any kind of chaos.

This is not a commercial park, so there are no specific sales points inside. However, there are small shops around Mayabon where you can buy tea and biscuits, which you have to pay for in cash.

If I have to talk about personal experience, I would say that I really like the place. Because when I was studying in class 10, I used to come to the place and spend time with my friends. The experience of spending time here was great. I went to the place after almost eight long years, and it is as calm and silent as before.

The surrounding environment is also beautiful now. However, security has been increased in the place. CCTV cameras have been installed in the place so that no one can come here and commit criminal activities.
People come here in the afternoon to spend time. The whole time is spent chatting.

The place is mostly visited by young people. However, in the afternoon, the most visited are the elderly who come here for a walk. There is a road inside, so many people run on the road. Those who have diabetes or any other physical problems come here to exercise or spend time in a quiet and silent environment.

If I say the iconic character of this place, I have to say the UNO of Nandail. Because of whose foresight, the abandoned place has now become a favorite for everyone. And the place is now known as Mayaban.

When I come to Mayaban, I try to enjoy the natural beauty and silence of Mayaban as a silent spectator. However, I prefer to hang out with friends here. Since there are seating arrangements. When our friends get together, we all come here for tea. Anyone will like the calm, silent atmosphere here. Busy people come here to spend time. Especially during festivals, people hang out here more. And the things to hang out with are great, sitting here.

I have loved this place since childhood. Especially during Eid, our friends used to come here and chat and tell many interesting stories. The moments of our friends' chats here still seem alive. The place is the same as before. Maybe we friends will come here again and chat. We will witness some memories again. We will write our own stories sitting on the bench in this place.

If I had to say it in one sentence, I would say this place is "a piece of magical tranquility!"
