Pomegranate Tree: Allah's Blessing Hanging On My Roof @ijazahmed

This photo is from my home courtyard. A small pomegranate tree, with 3 ripe pomegranates hanging from its branches. Sunlight filtering through the leaves falls on the fruit, it looks like Allah Himself filled it with color.
That tree was my whole world as a kid. During summer vacations I'd wake up early and run straight to it. "Ammi, can I pluck today's pomegranate?" She'd say "Wait son, it's still raw." And I'd check every day if it turned red yet.
A pomegranate isn't just fruit, it teaches patience. First comes the flower, then a tiny bud, then months to ripen. Pluck it early and it's sour. Wait with patience and becomes sweet like honey.
3 Reasons Pomegranate Is My Favorite:
Treasure of Health: Packed with iron, Vitamin C, and antioxidants. My grandma used to say "One pomegranate keeps a hundred illnesses away". Doctors even recommend pomegranate juice for low blood.
Zero Waste Tree: Eat the fruit, dry the peel to make powder. Boil the leaves for gargling. Even the rind is useful. Nothing goes to waste.
Fruit For Everyone: Rich or poor, it grows in every courtyard. It doesn't demand much water or fertilizer. Just a little care and patience.
These days people buy packed juice from the market. But the taste of a pomegranate plucked straight from the tree is unmatched. Your hands turning red while removing the seeds, then shouting to the whole house "The pomegranates are ready.
