- Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is well. I am also very well, Alhamdulillah. Today I am going to participate in worldofdesserts-s27w4 Homemade egg pudding. I hope you will like this competition of mine very much, so let's start. And yes, before starting, I must thank you @suboohi, for organizing a very nice competition.
An egg is a food or ingredient. If you mix this ingredient with any food, it will give a lot of flavor. And in making sweets, the need for eggs is very important. Many types of sweets require eggs. Eggs are definitely needed. Today I will share with you how to make pudding with eggs. This dessert made from eggs tastes amazing. Moreover, eggs possess numerous nutritional qualities. If this egg is used in making sweets, the nutritional value and quality of the food are more. So I would say that the role of eggs in making sweets is very important.
Ingredients:
500 grams of milk
One cup of sugar
As much salt
Preparation method:
Step 1,
First, I mixed 500 ml of milk with half a cup of sugar and reduced the milk to 200 ml very well. And I took this milk to cool.
Step 2,
In a fry pan, I added the remaining half a cup of sugar and made the sugar. And I poured the caramel into a bowl and cooled it.
Step 3,
I took two eggs in a bowl and mixed them nicely with the help of a hand mixer. Then I mixed the eggs with the cooled milk very well.
Step 4,
After mixing the milk and eggs nicely, I poured the caramel that I had made earlier on top. Then I put this bowl inside a pressure cooker. I added enough water. I set it to steam.
Step 5,
I cooked this milk and egg pudding for about half an hour, then I cooled it slightly and stored it in a normal refrigerator for another half an hour. Then I took it out of the refrigerator and saw that my egg pudding was ready to eat.
In a word, my egg pudding today was amazing.
- Not at all, I did not have much difficulty in making this egg pudding. Because I have a small baby at home and I make egg pudding for my baby occasionally. Moreover, we all make and eat this egg pudding together in the family. Due to which every ingredient to make this egg pudding was in my house. I did not suffer much, but today I was very happy to be able to make egg pudding. I did not have to make anything new as an afternoon snack. We all had breakfast with this egg pudding.
So I would say that everyone should make and eat such egg pudding. Today, my egg pudding was much better, which was incredibly delicious to eat.
