Hello......!!
Assalamu Alaikum/Adab my friend of Steem Space community, I am @kibreay001 speaking from Bangladesh

Hello all my Steemit friends, hope you are all doing well. Today I am going to participate in the SC-S29|Geo-Quest Mystery – Week 2 competition among you. This time the learning challenge competition is being conducted by @kouba01 sir. I thought a long time ago that I would participate in his sharing competition. Here, sir has mentioned various topics in his own post to participate in the competition, but I have chosen the bus station from there. Actually, I like to travel to the bus station, so let's do today's post through SteemAtlas and Speem.watch. Today I will try to present the post beautifully among you.

1. SteemAtlas Pin and Sound Description

IMG_20260122_223159.jpg

IMG_20260122_223142.jpg

The place I am going to share with you today is Gangni Bus Station. I went to the place today for a tour and different buses stopped at the place for some time and I tried to capture the place very beautifully on my mobile camera. Actually, the roads around Gangni Bus Station are being newly constructed so there is a little chaos on the roads. Since I will be presenting a bus station to you, the surrounding sounds created a very noise pollution-like environment. The sound was very loud, you can understand it if you watch the video. I myself also went to Gangni Bus Station by bus from home and visited the place and I captured the pictures very beautifully on my mobile camera.

2. Short Narrative – The Story Behind the Sounds

IMG_20260122_223123.jpg

IMG_20260122_223111.jpg

I liked the sounds that I heard around gangni bus station, but there was work going on in different places around the road, so there was a lot of noise, which was very nice to hear, but not everyone likes it because the sounds cause noise pollution, which causes a lot of damage to the environment. Since I have traveled to bus stands, bus stands in Bangladesh are always on the side of the road, so the sound of different buses or cars and cars really caused a lot of damage to the environment. However, the people of Bangladesh have learned to adapt to these sounds with the environment of Bangladesh, so they no longer think of them as noise pollution or harmful or damaging to the environment.

3. Two to Four Personal Photos

IMG_20260122_223014.jpg

IMG_20260122_223001.jpgIMG_20260122_222947.jpg
When I was traveling to Gangni bus station, I was taking my selfie very nicely and tried to take pictures of the scene around the bus stand. I captured various types of pictures there on the camera. In fact, there were various fruit shops and various markets and showrooms around the bus stand which I liked very much. It benefits people a lot. In fact, after people get down at the bus stand, the people of this city can buy their daily necessities very close by. And at that moment, the natural beauty of the environment made the bus stand more beautiful. Since a new road is being built next to the bus stand, I think that the bus stand will be more beautiful and full after the roads are built. Gangni bus station benefits many people of this city because people from far and wide can come to the city in a very short time by bus, so I think it is very important to have a bus stand in every big city.

4. Speem.watch Proof Video (20–60 seconds) – Focus on Sound

IMG_20260122_222932.jpg

IMG_20260122_223045.jpg

I am sharing the video through Speem.watch. But since I am sharing the video through this website, the video will show at the bottom of the post. So I request you to watch the video from there. Since I visited the bus stand, I tried to make a video focusing on the sounds around the bus stand. In fact, there were many cars, horses and the chaos of the hares. I have captured those sounds very beautifully through my video and uploaded the video in a natural way. When you watch the video I shared, you will understand that you can hear the sounds of the cars, horses and hares and the sounds of the vehicles that were moving on the road in the video. I hope you like it.

5. Hidden Sound Challenge – Guess the Sounds

IMG_20260122_222922.jpg

IMG_20260122_223029.jpg

I have written the post by guessing the hidden words and I have tried to highlight the hidden words in the video that I have shared in the post. There, various types of cars and horses were moving on the road around the bus stand. I have highlighted the sounds of those cars and the sounds of the car horns in the video and have shared a completely natural video. When I was recording the video, the natural beauty around the bus stand and the beauty of the sky and weather impressed me quite a lot. To be honest, the experience of traveling to the bus stand was quite great for me. I hope that today's post will be very good for all of you.

Thank you for your participation in Geo-Quest Mystery – Week 2: The Sound Map. Here is an evaluation of the post by @kibreay001, following the official Week 2 rubric for Geo-Quest Mystery.

Evaluation Summary

CriteriaScoreComments
1. SteemAtlas Pin & Sound Description1.55 / 2.0The SteemAtlas pin is correctly included with coordinates and a named location (Gangni bus station, Bangladesh), plus plus-code/map reference. The post explains the environment (road works, vehicles stopping, noisy surroundings). To reach full points, describe the soundscape more precisely: identify distinct layers (bus brakes, horn rhythm, engine idle, construction sounds, vendors/voices, and the birds mentioned in comments) and explain what is most dominant at a specific moment.
2. Creativity of Mission & Hidden Sound Challenge0.85 / 2.0A bus station with road construction is a strong “sound-rich” location. However, the Hidden Sound Challenge is not fully implemented: it mostly states what exists (cars, horns, etc.) rather than hiding three distinct sounds as subtle clues for others to guess. Also, “cars, horses and hares” feels unclear/inconsistent and needs clarity. For higher points: hide 3 sounds with metaphors (e.g., “metal shouts,” “thin whistle,” “wings cutting the noise”) and invite guesses.
3. Speem.watch Proof Video (20–60 seconds, focus on sound)2.05 / 2.5A proof video is provided (IPFS), and per your note it captures real traffic noise with bird sounds mixed in, which matches the theme well. To reach full points, include 10–15 seconds of standing still (less camera movement) so listeners can separate layers clearly, and add a brief spoken intro naming the exact spot.
4. Storytelling Quality1.65 / 2.5The narrative explains your visit and reflects on noise pollution and how people adapt, which is relevant. But the Week 2 storytelling rubric rewards a more “sound-map” minute-by-minute listening passage (loudest sound, smallest sound, repeating rhythm, and one surprise sound). Adding that structure would significantly improve this score.
5. Engagement (Listening / Guessing others)0.60 / 1.0Engagement exists, but based on your note it was mostly general comments rather than clear sound guesses/clue solving on other entries. For full points, the participant should comment on at least two posts and explicitly guess three sounds (or directly address their hidden clues).

Final Score: 6.70 / 10

Remarks:
This entry has a valid SteemAtlas pin and an authentic, believable bus-station soundscape (traffic + horns + some natural birdsong). The main improvements needed to score higher are: (1) make the Hidden Sound Challenge truly “hidden” with three clue-style sound hints, (2) strengthen storytelling with a clear “one-minute listening” structure, and (3) make engagement comments more specific by guessing sounds on other participants’ posts.

@dasudi Thank you so much for supporting my post.

Hi friend. Nice pics. Good job. The sound more original in that environment is the birdsong. There are some birds flying in your video. A little of nature in the noisy city.

Best regards.

Thank you for your valuable constructive feedback.

The environment of the street, where we can experience all kinds of sounds, like the sound of music, the sound of people, this is what teaches us something different. We can learn from the crowded city.

You are right, this post contains the difference between cities and villages, which is something every person can learn a lot from.

There are always a lot of people in the market. Because of this, there are a lot of different kinds of noise. Especially the noise of various vehicles is the most. As you have shown here, there are a lot of cars and people.

You are right, because of the many people, different kinds of noise are heard in the market.

There is a lot of noise in the market. Because the market is a very crowded place. Where there are a lot of people and even a lot of cars. Everything creates a lot of noise. There is no silence in the market. There is only loud noise. People talking, car horns, everything. There is a lot of noise.

There is a lot of noise due to the large number of vehicles in the market. Thank you for sharing your opinion.

Thank you for posting this on Steem Atlas.
