Assalamu Alaikum friends, I hope all my friends are well and healthy. Today I am sharing a popular and short-lived potato paratha recipe with everyone. Preparation method:

Step-1: First, select 3 large potatoes, then clean them well so that there is no dirt on the potatoes, and cut them. Once cut, boil the cut potatoes in a pressure cooker with enough water. Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker for just 10 minutes. Once the potatoes are boiled, leave them inside the cooker for some time. Because if the potatoes are not boiled well, they will not be mixed well and the grains will remain. And if the potatoes are boiled well, they can be mixed well in a short time.

Step-2: Peel the boiled potatoes, cool them slightly so that they do not feel hot in your hands while mixing and the potatoes can be easily handled. When they are cool, I mixed them very well with my hands so that no grains are stuck together and I mixed them very smoothly. If the mixture is not smooth, the filling inside the paratha will not be even, so it is important to be smooth so that the filling of the paratha spreads evenly.

Step-3: Then I chopped the garlic, onion, and green chilies well. Add white flour, salt to taste, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin powder to the mashed potatoes and mix well with your hands. Make the dough without water. I did not use any water here. Mix all the ingredients very well with your hands and make a soft and smooth dough. Keep the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Step-4: After 20 minutes, knead the dough well and make a lathe. Using a bread maker, flatten the parathas well.

Step-5: When the parathas are done, fry them in a frying pan on medium heat. After a few seconds, I turned the paratha over and brushed oil on both sides. I kept turning it over and over until the paratha was golden brown in color and crispy. When the paratha was fully cooked, there was a very nice aroma coming from it and it was very tempting.

Finally, I made my hot and tempting and delicious potato paratha and it was ready in no time.
The inside of the paratha was soft and fluffy and the outside was crispy and crispy with a delicious taste of spices. I served this delicious paratha with sweets and curd. Eating it with yogurt made its taste even more delicious and tempting.

My experience:

Yes, I have made this potato paratha many times before and I shared it on Steemit. The link to that post is Recipe: Potato Parota. Every time I made it with a different flavor which was delicious to eat. I find it very easy to make. It does not require much effort or expense, can be made at low cost, and does not require any expensive ingredients.

Personally, I like its taste and crunchy and spicy flavor a lot. Everyone in my family likes to eat this potato paratha. I like it a lot as a morning or afternoon snack. Potato paratha is a simple yet delicious food that anyone can easily make at home. It is suitable for children's school tiffin in the morning or as an office snack and it is one of the favorite foods of everyone.

I am very happy to participate in this competition and I invite you @lunasilver @marito74 @sualeha to participate here. I got to know some new friends from here. I hope you all will like my simple recipe very much.
