Evening Walk to Adi Ganga Park

Hello Everyone! I am Rajiv from Kolkata, India. I joined steemit about nine years ago in September, 2016. This is called Adi Ganga Park newly developed here for visitors. The big idol of goddess Durga is installed at the front of the park. This park is situated just in front of the Master Da Surya Sen Metro Station, Kolkata. The pond already existed. Authorities made the surrounding area of the pond clean and planted tiles on the land. Several Lights and sitting chairs have also been installed there so that visitors can come and sit here. I have already visited the place.

The pond is surrounded by the iron barrier. You can see the pond in the above photo.

This is the side passage which goes around the pond and also you can see the installation of lights there. The attractive drawings on the wall made the place beautiful.

This small tree was looking beautiful in light reflection.

The idol of goddess Durga can easily be seen in the above photos, despite being far away. I didn't take the close view of the idol. This was my mistake that day. The idol looks amazing from close distance.
