Assalamu Alaikum. How are you all? I hope you are all well. Today I will share a great post with you. Actually today's post is about exercise. To be honest, I have been having pain in my knees for a long time. Because of which I often exercise. I exercise for knee pain and exercise to reduce my body. But when I saw this competition, I liked it very much. I was able to join the competition very nicely with exercise despite my pain. Below I have answered the questions and used some pictures of the exercise.

Task 1: First you need to share your knowledge about pain, its types and pathology.

I have been having knee pain for a long time now. I have no idea why it is hurting. I have been thinking about knee pain for a long time. Actually, I think it may be due to excess weight for knee pain. I have an idea that excess weight causes knee pain. In the meantime, I have controlled my weight and reduced it by about six kg in a month. And I do knee exercises regularly. I think my knee is signaling tissue damage for the pain. This pain only occurs when I sit or stand up from sitting. And it does not last long. I do light exercises to reduce the pain. I now understand that I am gradually improving. And if I exercise regularly, it will improve.

Task 2: You need to find a patient who has symptoms and share a history of injury or illness. If you have recently or previously had an injury that has not yet been treated, you can also share your history.

  • Actually, I am a patient myself. I have been having pain in my knee for a long time now. Which hurts for a long time. Especially when I stand up from sitting, this pain starts. I think there is a problem in my knee tissue. Due to which this pain occurs. To be honest, I have not received any kind of treatment for this problem yet. I am just reducing my body weight and also continuing the knee pain exercises. Due to which I feel a little better now. If I can do the exercise regularly, I hope my knee pain will go away.

Task 3: It would be good to treat the patient's pain by applying the exercises or tips mentioned above, share videos or pictures, and review after the treatment.

I have already used pictures and videos below. I have shared how I did the exercise. Actually, to do this exercise, I first sat down. With both legs forward, I raised my legs forward and downward with my hands inside my knees. I did this for about 10 seconds. After doing the right leg, I did the same exercise with the left leg. Then, keeping both legs forward, I rotated the soles of my feet 360 degrees and did the exercise. Then, I took a scarf and put it on the soles of my feet and lowered my feet up and down. I also did this for about 10 seconds. Doing this worked quite well for me. Then, I moved my knees a little with both hands. Because of this, I also felt good. In fact, my knee pain has improved somewhat with this treatment. Due to which, from now on, I will try to do these exercises regularly.
