Hello friends,

Today I will share with you a very nice recipe. I made this recipe for the first week of the Steemit Challenge. I liked this topic of the first week a lot. Here I made Sujir Halwa. Everyone from young to old likes to eat this recipe a lot. I myself like the recipe a lot. Sometimes I make it for my son. As soon as I saw this competition, I thought I would join here. So I really liked making the recipe. Especially this recipe is a lot more fun to eat. I liked eating it myself. I hope you like it a lot.

1- Do you think desserts are important at special events?

Yes, I think that sweet recipes are very important in any event. We usually try to have sweet recipes with all the other menus in any event. Which I personally like a lot. Also, when a guest comes to our house, we present sweet recipes with different recipes. So I think that any sweet recipe is very important, especially for events. Because any event cannot be done without sweets.

2- Make one of the recipes that are shared in the course with a detailed step-by-step procedure along with images.

Ingredients

• semolina
• sugar
• Walnut
• salt
• oil
• milk

Details :

First, I put some oil in a frying pan. Then I added the pre-measured semolina.

Then I roasted the semolina well on low heat.

Then I added a little sugar on top of the fried semolina. Then I fried the sugar in the semolina for a while.

Then I added a little water to the soaked sugar and semolina. Then after boiling for a while, I added a little salt to the semolina.

Then I took four spoons of milk powder in a bowl and mixed it well with some water. Then I added the milk mixed into the semolina.

Then I mixed the semolina well with the milk to thicken it. Then I poured it into a plate.

Then I chopped 5-6 almonds very finely in a bowl. Then I spread the chopped almonds very finely on the semolina mixture. Then with the help of a knife, I cut some designs in the semolina on the plate.

The main ingredient of the recipe I am making here is semolina. Semolina has many benefits for our body. Due to the presence of fiber in semolina, it mainly increases digestion. Also, semolina is low in fat. It also helps to keep the stomach full for a long time. It strengthens bones because of the presence of calcium. In this case, I think semolina has many benefits for our body. Also, I have used almonds and milk here. Almonds are very beneficial for our body. Especially they help in losing weight. They help in stabilizing high blood sugar. They also have many other benefits. Milk has many benefits for our body. Overall, I would say that these ingredients do more good than harm to our body.
