Ingredients list

• 1/2 kg potatoes
• 2 boiled eggs
• Fresh coriander leaves chopped
• 2 onion chopped
• Cooking oil for frying
• 3 to 4 green chillies
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbs Red chilli powder
• 1 tbs crushed chillies
• 1 tbs turmarric power
• 1/2 cup gramflour

How I made

	First I washed the potatoes and eggs and let it boiled .

	Now peeled off the potatoes when it becomes cool and mashed potatoes finely

	similarly peeled off the eggs shells and grated the boiled egg and add in mashed potatoes.

	Now I am going to add powder spices in it

	Add chopped onions in the mixture

---

	Add green chillies chopped for Spicy punch in the kabab.

	Now add fresh chopped coriander leaves in it

---

	Incorporated well all ingredients in the potatoes mixture

---

	At the end add 1/2 cup gramflour in it.

	Made potato kabab in medium size from all.tje mixture one by one ,when you make kabab grease your hands before making the kabab.

|Now it's time to fried kabab for the one by one placed kababs in the frying pan and fried till kababs turned golden brown.

Final presentation

So guys it were all done now it's ready to eat enjoyed the tampting flavor of potatoes kabab with ketchup or green sauce.

Well yes potatoes kabab I cooked before many time infact it's simple and quick solution when you have less time I kept in frozen form iny freezer any time like beef patties,it's ideal for small gathering, evening meals and tiffin boxes for my kids .The best thing is that potatoes available throughout the wholyear and every season.
