Create top of the potato chop recipe and share the recipe details and pictures.(6 marks)

I'm making today's potato chops by following the recipe given by @bdwomen.

Ingredients:

Potatoes 2 large
Onions 1 large
Dried chillies 2 tsp
Salt To taste
Coriander leaves As measured
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Gram flour 1 cup
Rice powder Half cup
Baking soda 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1.5 tsp
Chilli powder 1.5 tsp
Spices 1.5 tsp
Mustard oil 3 tsp
Soybean oil As measured
Water As measured

Making:

• First boil potatoes and peel them. Potato should be boiled nicely so rhey can be mashed easily.

• Cut all vegetables in small sized. Then mashed potatoes. Mixed all spices and veggies with mashed potatoes.

• Mixed all ingredients nicely so they integrate. Make patties from this mixture of desire size and shape.

• Make baitter by mixing gram flour and rice flour add 1/2tsp of salt and add water to make its paste.

• Coat patty in this baitter and fry it from both sides until golden brown.

Delicious potato chops are ready to serve.

Yesterday I made these potato chops at aftar time and when I put these all were happy to see these snacks. In my family my son and my daughter are potato snacks lovers. As these seems to quite different from my potato kabab so I was not sure that they will like it. Both like these potato chops and like its outer coating too. My husband also liked this. In sort all family enjoyed while eating. My daughter said please make these for my school lunch box.
