I hope you all are good and doing well. Today I'm here again to be a part of this amazing contest SLC30-W3 | “Potato Magic Challenge” : Potato Kebab by @bdwoman. This week again very delicious recipe of potato kabab is given for task.

Lets move towards today's recipe ;

Create top of the potato kabab recipe and share the recipe details and pictures.(6 marks)

Ingredients:

Ingredients	Quantity
Potatoes	1/2kg
Eggs	2
Gram	Flour Half Cup
Onion	2
Green Chillies	4-5
Coriander Leaves	As Measure
Dry Chilli Powder	1 tsp
Chili Powder	1 tsp
Turmeric Powder	Half tsp
Garam Masala	Half tsp
Kebab Masala	Half tsp
Salt	As Taste
Oil	As Measure

Making:

• First, I took 1/2 kg potatoes and two eggs in a pot. Then I boiled the eggs and potatoes well. Mashed potatoes and eggs with masher in bowl.

• Chopped coriander leaves, onion and green chillies and add in mashed potatoes.

• Take out all spices according to the measurements mentioned above and add in it.

• Then add fried onion, gram flour in it and mixed it nicely.

• Make patties from this mixture of equal sizes and fry them from both sides.

• Delicious potato kababs are ready to serve.

Yes, i have made before potatoes kabab but I didn't used egg and fried onions before. Today I made exactly the same recipe given in the contest so the result out come was very delicious and different from the recipe that i followed. My family loved these potatoes kabab.
