Honestly, I like participating in recipe competitions a lot. But I really liked this week's subject "Chicken Kebab ". I have made chicken kebabs many times before. This time I was very happy to see the opportunity to make it again. Especially many people in our family like chicken kebabs. That's why I also started making the recipe. I really enjoyed making the recipe. Although it took a lot of time to make this recipe. But even then I finished making the entire recipe. But I liked the recipe a lot more. | Egg | 1 piece |

Details :
First I put a pan on the stove. Then I put the chicken pieces in it. I added the lentils to it. I mixed them together.
Then I put all the spices together here. With which I have used some amount of water here. I will cook like this for a while.
Then I cooked it well for a while. I drained the water completely. When it was completely cooked, I took it off my hair.
Then I put the dal and meat mixture in a blender. Then I added the onion paste, then coriander leaves and an egg.
Then I blended them all together. Once blended, I then put them in a bowl.
Then I took a small amount of the mixture with my hands and shaped it into a ball. This is how I made all of them.
Then I put a pan on the stove. I added a generous amount of oil to it. Then I released the kebabs one by one.
Then I fried them well, turning them over. When they turned completely red in color, I took them out of the oil. This is how I prepared them all.
