Hello friends,

How are you all, I hope you are well. By the grace of God, I am also well. Today I came here to make a new post. But today I am going to participate in a competition. Honestly, I like participating in recipe competitions a lot. But I really liked this week's subject "Barbecue Chicken". Thank you very much to @suboohi for organizing such a beautiful competition among us. Actually, I sometimes like to make recipes with chicken, sometimes I also like to eat these recipes. I had made chicken barbecue like this before. But I liked the thought of being able to eat such a delicious food again. So I was long overdue to make the recipe myself. Here, I added a little more chili powder while making the spices. Because I like to eat a little spicy. But I think I made the recipe perfectly. And I liked this recipe a lot. I hope you will like it too.

Do you like Barbecue/ grilled chicken? What make it different from other recipes.

Yes, I like barbecue/grilled a lot. Sometimes I like to eat this recipe a lot. This recipe seems a little different to me from other recipes because I think it gives a natural taste of chicken and a very nice aroma. And it turns out that the inside of the barbecued chicken is very soft and the outside has a great flavor. Along with that, it uses a little less oil, so it is healthier. For these reasons, I think it is a little different and special from the usual chicken recipes.

Make the chicken recipes that is shared in the course with a detailed step-by-step procedure along with images.

Details :

First, I cut a little off the top of the chicken pieces. The mosquitoes entered the meat.

Then I mixed all the spices with sour cream and oil and mixed all the spices. When the spices are mixed, it should look like this.

Then I took the chickens in the spices. Then I used my hands to rub the spices well into the chickens.

After mixing the spices well, I covered them with a lid and let them rest for a while.‌

Then I placed a stand on top of the electric hair dryer. Then I placed the spiced chicken pieces on top of this stand.

Then I left them for a while, turned them over a bit, and browned them a bit. Then I took them down.
