Honestly, I like participating in recipe competitions a lot. But I really liked this week's subject "Fried Chicken" I am very happy to see that this competition was given to us. And for that I would like to thank @suboohi a lot. Actually, sometimes such special recipes are best made at home. I myself also like to make and eat them. I have made this recipe a couple of times before. So I have experience in making this recipe. That is why I sat down to make his recipe. And I think I was able to make the recipe very beautifully. Especially it was a lot more fun to eat. All in all, I was very happy to be able to make this recipe and eat it together. I hope you will like it a lot.

Details :

First, I took some water in a bowl. Then I added some salt and vinegar to it. Then I mixed it. Then I soaked the chicken pieces in the water.

Then I took all the spices together. I took soy sauce with it. I took everything together on a plate.

I actually like fried chicken a lot. And I have made this fried chicken at home a couple of times before. I like it a lot more. But sometimes I buy it from a restaurant and eat it. But this time I liked making this recipe a lot more. Especially it was a lot of fun to eat. In fact, it is quite a pleasure to make this recipe and eat it with the whole family. But when I made the recipe, it was a special recipe for me. Since I have experience in making it before, there was no difficulty in making this recipe. But it was very crispy to eat. El Pollo frito es una de las mejores versiones para comer el pollo, es ideal para almorzar y acompañarlo con ketchup lo ideal.

Está forma de hacer el rebozado pasándolo por agua no la había intentado antes, solo lo hice con huevo batido pero funciona perfectamente el pollo queda dorado y más crujiente.

Tu pollo luce muy bien con una linda presentación.
