Today, I am going to pin a famous center in Pakistan where we verify our degrees and certificates to go to any foreign country, which is called the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, whose main office is located in Gulberg II in Lahore.

There are only two such centers in the entire Punjab, one is located in Lahore, and the other is located in Islamabad. Due to these two centers, there is a lot of rush at them, so whoever goes here reaches very early so that they can buy their token quickly. Therefore, whenever you come here, visit here early so that you reach about one to one and a half hours before it opens, and your token will be received quickly. The name is written on the gate outside, and there is full security.

As soon as we enter through their gate, the first thing we see is a small courtyard where the officers' vehicles are parked. In front of it is their main building. In this building, each officer has a separate office where they sit and verify their degrees. Each one has a separate job. Some verify degrees, some verify certificates. This entire building is for them.

When we enter through the main gate, we see iron barriers on one side of their building, inside which we have to go forward in a line one by one. Then, where the tokens are given, both ladies and gentlemen go in a line in an orderly manner. From there, you get a token. They have opened and widened this place. Around 500 to 600 people can stand here at a time, who can give tokens according to their turn.

Two small windows are visible in front of these barriers, one window is for ladies, and the other is for gentlemen. On both these windows, we get our tickets, and along with that ticket, we have to put on our documents. If you have to get one thing verified, then you will have to take only one ticket. The procedure for taking it is that you have to give a photocopy of your ID card and along with your original documents, which you have to get verified at this window. You will be given as many tickets as there are degrees according to your de, and the price of one ticket is 50 rupees.

In any case, special arrangements have been made for fans because during the summer, there is a lot of noise here because a crowd of pegathersatherindue to it getting very hot. Fans have been installed here to avoid this heat. Moreover, lights have been installed here for convenience at night. By the way, this office remains open until 4 pm, after which it closes, but still, sometimes it gets late while working here, due to which lights are used, so all the facilities are available here for the public.

From where we have to buy our token, you will see a room in which a cafeteria has been made because people come here from all over the district and Punjab, so people have to wait a lot here, which is why a cafeteria has been made here. You can eat and drink there. You can also buy things like pencils and paper from here.

Because the Ministry of Origin Affairs Center has a cafeteria facility, it is relatively cheap. What we get outside for Rs. 100, here we get for Rs. 120. This cafeteria has been made for our convenience, but it is a little expensive. If you avoid going out, you can also buy things from here.

Further, a separate room has been made on the front side of the same cafeteria. A photostat machine has been placed in this room. Since the original of any document that we have to verify is returned to you after verification, and a copy of it is collected there, you must keep a copy of each document with you. If someone forgets to bring a copy, they can get it photocopied from the photocopier right here. So here too, you will have to handle things a little bit carefully because this facility is provided to you inside.

As a sample, I am showing you a form below. We are given a form like this. Along with it, a ticket number is put on top, and one or two tickets are given to us, as many tickets as we have documents. After taking all these things, we have to fill out this form. Here we have to mention the names of the things that we want to verify. We have to write our ID card number, phone number, and full name on top. In this way, after filling out all the forms, we have to submit them in the submission hall.

After completing all the things, we go to their submission hall, there is a long queue there, we have about six to seven counters here for each counter, where all your documents are being collected and after collecting them, you are told the time, after this time you get those documents because first they collect the comments from all the people, then they verify all of them and distribute them all at the same time, so you may have to wait a little here too.

Chairs have been installed in this submission hall to sit and provide you with a better environment. A window AC has been installed here. In the intense heat, you are provided with cool air through it. In the cold season, we do not need these things. All these things have been made beautiful in the mission hall. Talking about its roof, it is also beautiful. A good lighting system has been installed. Small chandeliers have been installed, which further enhance the beauty of this hall.

When you submit the documents here, you have to wait for about two to three hours. They come back again at 2 pm and distribute the documents. At 2 pm, you have to come back to the same situation where you bought the token. You have to stand there. There will be an announcement on the speaker. When your name comes in this announcement, you will go according to your name and be given one of your documents, which is verified. It is verified in about two to three ways. Along with this, a QR code is mentioned.
