Mie Abu was established in a three-story shop house. The interior colors consist of three floors: white, blue, and orange. The seating area has two sections on the right and left, where the tables and chairs are orange. This color is very striking and catches the attention of visitors. Visitors who sit there also feel refreshed by the bright colors. There are lights, fans, and a drink bar to complement the interior of Mie Abu.

Outdoor Seating

Mie Abu also provides seating outside. There are four tables, each with four chairs. Usually, more visitors sit outside than inside. The outdoor seating is more comfortable because of the fresh air and the view.

Noodle Rack

Mie Abu has a large noodle rack. The noodle rack at Mie Abu has three levels. The first level contains seasonings, plates, cutting tools, and soy sauce. The second level contains bean sprouts, white noodles, and yellow noodles as the main ingredients for making noodles. Finally, the third level contains cabbage and noodle packages.

Noodle Kitchen

In addition to having a noodle rack, Mie Abu cooks or makes noodles on the spot. There are noodle cooking devices such as frying pans, stoves, water boilers, and gas cylinders. There are two cooking devices so that the noodle-making process can run quickly without having to wait for other noodles to be finished.

At Mie Abu, visitors can eat on the premises by sitting inside. Visitors who are thirsty can also order drinks from Mie Abu. Various drinks are available at Mie Abu, such as iced tea, iced coffee, red syrup, and so on. There are also bottled drinks such as tea and fruit juices.
