Note Book.

In my office, I worked as an Assistant Manager (Coordinating Affairs). Therefore, I had to arrange meetings with committees, office staff, stallholders, and members. I used to keep a notebook with me to write down important suggestions.

Therefore, this notebook has greatly helped me in taking action. Even if it has nothing to do with me, I write down every significant suggestion and thought in my notebook. I had to take minutes of the meeting on certain days. This notebook helped me obtain the meeting's data when I was writing the minutes.

Some attendees didn't even bring a pencil or paper to the meeting. Since most of the significant suggestions were covered during the meeting, we can't recall everything; therefore, I'm not sure how they carried out their action without any notes.

Some people have attempted to blame us for the mistakes of others; if you keep a notebook, we can demonstrate to them who was at fault.

The notebook is useful for daily action in addition to the meetings. You can write your daily action in a notebook when you get up early and make your tea. You can plan them first in your mind and then in a notebook. That will help you to fulfil your daily actions without any stress.

You can also use a notebook to record things to do when you are fulfilling your job. Then you can prioritise your work and save time by reviewing your notes.

Some people write diaries in notebooks. I recall having a similar diary when I was a child. Looking back, those books held all of my ideas and emotions. Therefore, the notebook is crucial to every person's life.
