Today I will write about a fried food shop in our area, and I will pin it up on the Steem Atlas map. I hope everyone likes it.
What is your favorite fried item from this stand (empanada, arepa, pastel or other) and what filling do you always order it with? |
|---|
Fried food is a traditional food in our country, so today I went to a place called Dhaka Match; here all kinds of fried food are available. I personally like fried food.
The name of this shop is Mayer Doa Hotel, since it is the month of Ramadan, so fried food is eaten more during this month. There are many fried foods in Iftar arrangements, among which all are my favourites. The food includes
Jilapi
Burinda
Potato Chop
Onion
Eggplant chop
Egg Chop
Minced Beef
Vegetable Chop
Sweets etc.
I like all kinds, but among them, potato chop is my favourite.

The shop is very popular for its fried food; it is open from 7 am to 12 midnight. Apart from the month of Ramadan, you can always get fried food here, which includes
Jilapi
Eggplant Chop
Potato Chop
Piaju
Singara
Samucha
Paratha
Nimki, etc.
These types of dishes are always made. In our country these dishes are liked by many, so everyone around this area buys them from here.
Are there any fillings or special products that they don't offer that you would like to see on their menu? |
|---|
Yes, I want to put mixed vegetable chop on their menu; it is a very delicious dish, and since it is mixed vegetable, it is very nutritious. Eating it not only tastes good but also provides vitamins to the body.

This shop does not have this type of chop, but I have called for making this type of chop that day. There are several staff in the shop; they are very helpful. Everyone is on salary. There is a special seating area as a service here where you can sit and eat. Everyone can come and eat here; rich and poor people come here for breakfast and evening snacks. If sweets are everyone's favourite, they come from far and wide to eat them.
I am listing the prices of some products below –
| Name | Takas | Steem |
|---|---|---|
| Minced beef | 100 | 20 |
| Sweets | 500 | 100 |
| Jilapi | 250 | 25 |
| Egg chop | 20 | 4 |
| Potato chop | 5 | 1 |
| Brinjal chop | 5 | 1 |
| Piaju | 5 | 1 |
| Burinda | 200 | 40 |
| Nimki | 250 | 25 |
How would you rate the prices at this stall compared to others in the area: affordable, standard, or slightly higher? From your perspective, do you think the taste and quality of their fried food justify the price? |
|---|
Street food is a very interesting food; everyone likes it, although eating too much is harmful to health. However, the prices of some Bhajapora food here are the same in all shops, and its price is very low. In that case, since it is low, it is not evaluated on the price, but the food in different shops has different tastes; I will first evaluate it in terms of taste. Since everyone eats it for the taste in the mouth, the price is not a factor for me, but I will evaluate it in terms of taste.

There are also some other fried foods which are a bit more expensive, but the prices vary from shop to shop. In that case, I will say the same thing as before and evaluate the taste and quality first.
The fried foods of this shop are very tasty, and although the prices of some foods are comparable to other shops, the quality of the food here is very good.
Some foods are sold by the piece, and some foods are sold by the kilogram. There is a digital scale for selling food by the kilogram. After buying food, there is a cash counter for paying the bill; this is where the bill is paid.
