Sufi Khanaas Restaurant - Shyampur

Today, in the five week of Steemit Challenge 28, I will be participating in @dasudi ma'am "The Good Food Route" - Ethnic Food Restaurant. - competition, I hope everyone enjoys it.

My favorite elite food is Haleem of our country.

Let me briefly explain the reasons.

• Haleem is beef/lamb meat, lentils, wheat, ghee, milk, various spices—all in all, it is not an ordinary food.

• It has to be cooked slowly for a long time, so this cooking requires skill.

• It is served during Ramadan, invitations, at big events or in famous restaurants.

• Good quality Haleem is more expensive than ordinary food.

Haleem is an elite and popular food in our country at the same time.
That is, it is not limited to the tables of the rich; people of all classes eat it and love it.
Haleem is a traditional popular food of our country, so I like this food a lot.

Yes, I always like and eat this ethnic food. This is not a new experience for me because it is a traditional food of our country, so I am very familiar with this food and have a passion for it. I eat it more during the month of Ramadan or in winter. Haleem is known as a very delicious food due to its density and variety of spices.

Now it is winter season in our country, so I went to a restaurant called Sufi Khanaasto eat Haleem. The owner of this restaurant is Mr. Akkas. He has been selling Haleem with reputation in our area for 30 years. People come from far and wide to eat his delicious Haleem. It is located in a place called Shyampur.

Since there is a train station here, people come from far and wide by train to enjoy Haleem. Apart from Haleem, all kinds of food are now available in this restaurant. I am giving the names and prices of some of the dishes below.

There are several chairs and tables to sit here so that everyone, from family to friends, can have a nice time together. There is a beautiful place to take pictures in the restaurant, where everyone can take pictures, from children to people who like to take pictures.

They have been selling Haleem for 30 years because of the good quality of their food. The service here is very good, and the restaurant is open from 10 am to 11 pm. Their payment method is through cash. There, beef leg is served with Haleem, for which you have to pay a separate fee.

In the future, I want to eat Mexican tacos, Japanese ramen, Indian dosa, and Spanish tapas among ethnic foods.

But among these, the most interesting to me is

Mexican tacos are basically soft, lightly crispy corn tortillas and are served with various types of meat, vegetables and sauces inside. Although it looks simple, its taste is very rich.

The main ingredients of this dish—

🌽 Tortilla: Usually made of corn, it has a light smoky flavor

🍖 Meat: Beef (Carne Asada), Chicken, Pork

🌿 Toppings: Onion, Cilantro, Lemon Juice

🌶 Salsa: Tomato, Pepper, Chipotle or Green Salsa

This dish has a balance of sour, spicy flavors in one bite. So it increases the taste enjoyment of the mouth as soon as you bite it.

Many people think of tacos as street food, but its real nobility is hidden in the preparation and culture; the history of tacos is thousands of years old. This dish has a place in fine dining around the world

Today, tacos are also served in many Michelin-star restaurants around the world, where they are presented in a new way, yet maintaining tradition.

Tacos are not just food; they are a symbol of Mexican ethnic identity and self-esteem, which is one of the criteria of nobility, so it are attractive to everyone.
