The Real Video Vlogging Adventure Challenge

I think video vlogging is the best way to capture the beautiful moments around you in a vivid way. When you go beyond the mechanical life, the joy of capturing those moments in the camera lens is different. Recently, I went to my village home in the Bhola district. And I tried to capture the entire exciting journey of this long river route in my camera. In today's blog, I am going to share with you my travel experience and some great moments of that beautiful river route.

My River Vlogging Adventure to Bhola

I chose one of the busiest and most diverse river routes in Bangladesh for my video vlog, the Dhaka-Elisha (Bhola) river route. I boarded a launch from Dhaka Sadarghat to go to my village. During this entire journey, I had to cross the Buriganga, Meghna, and Tetulia rivers in stages.

The thing that fascinated and attracted me the most in this entire location was the combination of the river and all the huge launches. While leaving Dhaka, the big industries on the banks of the Buriganga and the green swamps filled with the river revealed the nature of nature even amidst the mechanization.

But when our launch entered the Meghna and Tetulia rivers, the surrounding landscape changed completely. On one side, the endless water of the river, and on the other, the majestic movement of large passenger launches and cargo ships plying its banks. I found this calm yet huge form of the Meghna River and the level of swamps in the river incredibly beautiful, which made me forget the hustle and bustle of the mechanized city for a moment.

Every moment on the river is a real, picturesque memory journey. But the most powerful and magical moment of my vlogging time was when I was watching a calm and serene sunset.

When I was on the railing of the launch, just then the sun stopped at the horizon for me. The color of the sky was a wonderful combination of red, orange, and blue. When that last light of the sun fell on the calm water, the entire river covered me with a golden sheet.

This scene was so beautiful that I was stunned for a few seconds before I could say goodbye. Again, the sudden crossing of the launch over something in the mandi and the peace of the large cargo ship were quite a thrilling scene that I tried to capture in my video. A small child was holding the railing of the launch and looking at us, which reminded me of his fascination with the vastness of nature.

I was enjoying the natural environment, Alhamdulillah. There was not a cloud in the sky, but there was a political chill in the air.

While the rapid pace of the Tetulia water was being discussed, the surrounding freedom of the wind and the sound of the waves could control the environment. The weather was good, and the water was quite calm. Due to this calm and serene environment of Charshe, I am holding the camera very comfortably and taking shots in landscape mode without any other obstacles. This calm form of nature has made my mind as peaceful as a bowl; seeing it has made my vlogging experience many times more enjoyable.

I would definitely recommend everyone to experience the thrilling Dhaka-Elisha (Bhola) river route at least once. Bangladesh is a riverine country, and there is no better way to see the true beauty of our rivers than by taking this route. If you want to take a break from the familiar city life and enjoy the vastness of nature, then spending a few hours sitting on the roof of a launch while cruising the vast Meghna and Tetulia rivers will be one of the best experiences of your life. Here you will experience the elegance of travelling aboard a large modern launch, fresh river air, a peaceful rural environment, and a wonderful opportunity to watch the sunset on the river. So, for those who love travelling and want to get lost in beautiful nature, this place is definitely a worthy place to visit.
