Dear Steemit friends, today I am sharing a special hand-drawn portrait with you one I created with great love and care. In this drawing, I have tried to capture a woman's deep, mysterious eyes, the red nail polish on her fingers, and a heart-shaped lock and key pendant hanging around her neck.

To me, art is not merely a hobby but a language for expressing my inner thoughts and feelings. Every line and every shade reflects my emotions. It took me several hours to complete this drawing, and at every stage, I strove to make the image more lifelike and evocative. Let’s take a look at the step-by-step process of creating this artwork.

• White drawing paper
• Pencil
• Black gel pen
• Red color
• Eraser
• Sharpener

🪄 Step-by-Step Drawing Process

Step 1

First, I drew the woman's eyes. Then, I sketched the eyebrows above them.

Step 2

In the second step, I drew the rest of the face, including the lips and nose. I also sketched one of her hands resting against her cheek and outlined her clothing.

Step 3

At this stage, I drew her other hand and the rest of her outfit. I also sketched a heart-shaped lock in one hand and the key attached to a chain in the other.

Step 4

Next, I colored the fingernails on both hands, the lips, and the lock and key with red paint.

Step 5

In this final step, I completed the eye details. Using a black gel pen and a black pencil, I applied unique shading to the eyes to bring them to life.

Step 6

At this stage, I colored the girl's eyebrows using a black gel pen.

Step 7

Next, I sketched the girl's hair using an 8B pencil. I varied the shading from light to dark to make the hair look beautiful and realistic.

At this stage, I colored the girl's outfit using an ash-grey shade.

Step 9

Once the drawing was complete, I went over the entire image with a black gel pen to add outlines; this made the drawing look much sharper and more beautiful.

Step 10

Finally, after outlining the entire image, I wrote my username @bimanakhan at the bottom, bringing my drawing process to a close for today.

Art is never about rushing; it is about love. With every stroke, I felt as though I was gradually turning a dream into reality. Mistakes are inevitable while drawing, but they are often the best teachers. Similarly, I learn something new every day through my daily sketches.
